The Implant Brand
We offer Nobel Biocare and Straumann — both globally recognised, both with independent success rate data above 98% at 10 years. Neither is a budget option. The price difference between the two brands is marginal — ask your coordinator which is recommended for your specific case and why.
We do not use unbranded or unverifiable implant systems. If a clinic quotes significantly below our starting price, ask which brand they are placing and request the manufacturer’s certificate.
The Crown Material
The crown attached to your implant is included in our standard pricing. Crown material options:

The crown for a molar implant and the crown for an upper central incisor have different aesthetic requirements. Your dentist will recommend the appropriate material at your Day 2 assessment.
Bone Volume and Density
Patients with sufficient bone require no additional procedures. Patients with:
- Insufficient posterior bone (upper jaw): May require a sinus lift before or during implant placement
- Localised bone deficiency: May require a bone graft at the implant site
- Generalised severe bone loss (upper arch): May require zygomatic implants rather than standard implants
All of these are assessed from your 3D CT scan — before any decision is made. The additional cost, if any, is confirmed before you consent to any procedure.
Number of Implants
Per-implant pricing applies when implants are placed across different areas of the mouth at different appointments. Multiple implants placed simultaneously in the same surgical session are typically discounted — reflected in our multi-implant pricing above.
Timing Within Your Treatment Plan
If you are combining implants with other treatments — crowns, veneers, a full smile makeover — the implants are placed first and the surrounding treatments are coordinated around them. Combined treatment plans are quoted as a whole and typically offer better overall value than booking treatments separately.

The material cost is the same
Nobel Biocare and Straumann implants are manufactured in Switzerland and Germany. A Nobel Biocare NobelActive implant costs the same to a clinic in Antalya as it does to a clinic in London. The ceramic used for the crown is the same Vita or Ivoclar product. Raw material cost is not where the saving comes from.
The saving comes from operating costs — not clinical corners
Running a dental practice in central London involves:

Is the Turkey price per implant or for the whole treatment?
Our quoted price is per implant — and includes the implant fixture, abutment, crown, all clinical appointments during your stay, hotel accommodation, airport transfers and written guarantee. There are no itemised add-ons hidden behind the headline figure. Your full, itemised quote is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Does the price include the hotel and flights?
Hotel accommodation and airport transfers are included. International flights are not — these are booked independently. From most UK airports, return flights to Turkey are available from £60–£180 depending on timing. Even including flights, the total cost is typically 2–3x less than the UK equivalent.
Can I pay by card? Is a deposit required?
We accept bank transfer and major credit and debit cards. A deposit confirms your booking — the balance is payable at the clinic on arrival. Paying by UK credit card gives you Section 75 protection. We do not accept full payment upfront before you have attended your clinical assessment. If you need to cancel before travelling, our cancellation policy is provided in writing at the time of booking.
Are there cheaper implants available in Turkey?
Yes — and this is worth understanding. Some clinics offer implants from unbranded or unverifiable manufacturers at prices below our range. Nobel Biocare and Straumann implants are more expensive to source than no-name alternatives — this cost difference is passed on. An implant from an unverifiable system cannot be traced, guaranteed or maintained by a dentist outside the placing clinic. It also voids most of the guarantee protections we offer. We do not use them. If you receive a quote significantly below ours, ask for the implant brand and request the manufacturer’s certificate.
What if I need a bone graft — does that change the price significantly?
A bone graft adds £150 per site to your total. Many patients do not need one — your 3D CT scan on Day 2 determines this definitively. If a graft is needed, the cost is confirmed before any procedure begins. Even with a bone graft, the total in Turkey typically remains well below the UK equivalent without grafting.
Can I spread the cost?
